Save the date! July 7th, 2018 will be another installment of the popular PROOF event which features more than 40 distilleries, several food vendors, and a lot of fun. It’s a chance to taste spirits from most of the Pacific Northwest’s best distilleries under one roof. There are straight samples, cocktails, and bites of food along with informative talks, a photo booth etc. It takes place at Fremont Studios and every year sees more than 700 guests. While we still encourage you to use this trail to find your way to distiller’s tasting rooms and meet the makers, this even is a fantastic way to get a crash-course in the best the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
