From between the runways at Paine Field in Everett, WA, we are distilling and producing whiskies and gins, including bourbon, Scotch (we have UK permits to blend and release our own Scotch!) and gold-medal winning “Galloping Goose Canadian Whisky.”   Our gins include “Lochside Summer Gin No. 5,” with cold-infusion of fragile citrus botanicals: orange blossom, kumquat and more.  Our “Cadboro” organic-chocolate infused whisky pays tribute to the Hudson’s Bay trading ship, the Schooner Cadboro which plied Puget Sound and the Salish Sea in days past.  The first of our “Gintrigue” barrel-aged gins is set for release in late March 2020.
